We produce quarterly reports on our contracted firms, building up audit quality information as the year progresses. Where information becomes available, for example from satisfaction surveys or published professional regulatory reviews, this is added to our reporting.
The reports provide a rounded view taken from each of our three reporting strands of compliance with professional regulation, client satisfaction, and contractual compliance, with relevant supporting information.
We use a descriptive system of ratings in our audit quality reports. Reports include feedback from compliance meetings with the firms and are shared with firms before posting on the PSAA website. These reports are used to produce comprehensive performance monitoring information for the PSAA Board.
