PSAA’s articles of association and its corporate governance framework set out the company’s responsibilities and required procedures, ensuring we are governed to a high standard.
The articles of association were originally approved by the PSAA Board on 30 March 2015 and registered with Companies House in May 2015. Updated articles were approved in January 2020 to reflect a change to the company’s objects following specification as an appointing person and the transition to this role.
We publish a register online of the other interests of PSAA Directors.
The PSAA Audit Committee meets at least twice a year. The Audit Committee terms of reference are detailed in our Corporate Governance Framework.
MHA MacIntyre Hudson are our appointed external auditors for the audit of accounts for 2022/23 to 2024/25, with an option to extend for up to three years.
The PSAA Procurement Committee meets as required. The Procurement Committee terms of reference are outlined in our Corporate Governance Framework.
Gifts and hospitality
We maintain a register of offers of gifts and hospitality exceeding an estimated value of £30, whether accepted or not.
For the three year period 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2018 there were no declarations of gifts or hospitality meeting this criteria.
