  1. CIPFA LASAAC launches consultation on the 2027/28 Code of Practice 

    CIPFA LASAAC has issued its consultation on the 2027/28 Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting in the UK (the Code). The 2027/28 Code will apply to accounting periods starting on or after 1 April 2027.  The survey closes on 27 September 2026. Further details about the consultation can be found on the CIPFA website.
