We are consulting on the proposed fee scale for 2026/27 audits and will hold a webinar on Monday 28 September to support our consultation process. The webinar will explain the elements of the proposed 2026/27 fee scale and provide the opportunity to ask questions which may inform your response to the consultation.
Bill Butler, Chair of PSAA and the Local Audit Office (LAO), will lead the event. The second part of the webinar will provide an update on the development of the LAO and address questions submitted before and during the session.
The event is aimed at bodies and will run from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. While there will be an opportunity to ask questions during the webinar, we encourage delegates to submit them in advance by emailing laqf@psaa.co.uk.
We have published FAQs on the 2026/27 consultation on our website. We will update the FAQs during the consultation, where appropriate, in response to questions raised through the webinar and consultation process. LAO related questions will be included in the FAQ section of the LAO website in due course.
